As part of an on-going drug investigation by the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office, Le Mars and Hinton Police Departments, the following arrest were made today in Le Mars:
Beau Orlando Gries, age19, of Le Mars was charged with the following;
Delivery of methamphetamine Class C Felony
Delivery of simulated marijuana Class D Felony
Delivery of prescription medication x 2 Serious Misdemeanor
Gries is currently being held at the Plymouth County Jail on a $16,000 bond.
Michael Phillip Gengler, age 19, of Le Mars was charged with the following;
Conspiracy to deliver marijuana Class D Felony
Use of person under 18 in the drug trade Class C Felony
Gengler is currently being held at the Plymouth County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
Casey Ryan Hanson, age 19, formerly of Smithland was additionally charged with the following;
Delivery of a schedule III controlled substance Class C Felony
Hanson is currently being held at the Plymouth County jail on related charges from June 3rd 2010.
Jesse Andrew Wielenga, age 19, formerly of Sheldon was additionally charged with the following;
Delivery of schedule I controlled substance x 2 Class C Felony
Delivery of prescription drugs x 2 Serious Misdemeanor
Wielenga is currently being held at the Plymouth County Jail on related charges from June 3rd 2010.
Bryan Ray Needs, age 17, of Le Mars was charged with the following;
Delivery of marijuana Class D Felony
Needs was taken to the YES Center in Cherokee and held to see a juvenile court judge.
Bradley Jerome Stinton, age 15, of Le Mars was charged with the following;
Conspiracy to deliver marijuana Class D Felony
Stinton was taken to the YES Center in Cherokee and held to see juvenile court judge.
