Borlaug arrested for public intoxication

DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS OF DECEMBER 12, 2010, JAMES ARTHUR BORLAUG, AGE 27 OF INDIANOLA IOWA, ATTEMPTED TO ENTER THE RESIDENCE OF 16792 LELAND DRIVE.  HE WAS CONFRONTED BY THE OWNER OF THE RESIDENCE AND EXPLAINED THAT HE THOUGHT HE WAS AT A FRIEND'S HOME.  BORLAUG WAS REPORTED TO HAVE BEEN IN AN INTOXICATED STATE AND LEFT THE RESIDENCE AFTER BEING CONFRONTED.

 

HE WAS LOCATED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT A SHORT TIME LATER IN THE PARKING LOT AT 16897 MADISON AVENUE.   HE WAS FOUND TO BE HEAVILY INTOXICATED AND SUBSEQUENTLY PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION.
