On 3/17/16 at 10:34 p.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office arrested Shelbie Ann Doolin, age 21 of Sioux City, IA for child endangerment (aggravated misdemeanor) and OWI drugged (serious misdemeanor). A passenger, Lauren Nicole Furlong, age 21 of Sioux City, IA was also arrested for possession of marijuana (serious misdemeanor) and possession of drug paraphernalia (simple misdemeanor). The arrests were a result of a traffic stop made by the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office on K22 near C80 in southern Plymouth County. The vehicle operated and owned by Shelbie Doolin was stopped for no registration. Doolin's 7 month old child was in the vehicle at the time of arrest and was released to a family member. A passenger, Trill Lathaire Reynolds, was cited for open container. Both females were jailed at the Plymouth County Jail. Bond for Doolin was set at $2,000. Bond for Furlong was set at $1,000.
