On the 3rd day of August 2016 at approximately 9:55 p.m. the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office received a text-a-tip reference to suspicious activity on Polk Avenue near a bridge north of Highway 3. When Plymouth County Deputies arrived at 10:03 p.m. they made contact with vehicles described in the text-a-tip. The deputies made contact with the driver, 18-year-old Zachary Allen Cain Johme of Remsen and shortly after arrested Mr. Cain Johme for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), a serious misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. Mr. Cain Johme was transported to the Plymouth County Jail.
