Bringman arrested for driving suspended

On 8/14/16, the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office arrested Justin Paul Bringman, age 25 of Westfield, Iowa.  At 2:15 p.m., a Plymouth County deputy located Bringman stalled and out of gas on the side of the road of C38 near Diamond Avenue.  Bringman was found to have a suspended Iowa driver's license for non-payment of Iowa fines (x4) and also non-payment of child support.  He also did not have valid insurance on the vehicle.  The vehicle will be impounded until valid insurance is presented.  Bringman was arrested and jailed at the Plymouth County Jail.  Bond was set at $300.  The following morning, he was released on his own recognizance.
