Munoz arrest for supplying alcohol to minors and 5 juveniles cited on drug charges

On 10/15/16, the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office responded to a disturbance at 16713 C60, Sioux City, Iowa in Plymouth County.  It was determined that there was a large party at this rural residence and that a fight broke out involving several people.  The suspects were five juvenile males that were found walking towards Sioux City on county road K18 S.  Deputies found marijuana, alcohol, and prescription pills in their possession.  The juveniles were handled and released to their parents.  Charges were later filed through juvenile court for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance (schedule 4 prescription pills) and providing false information.

Deputies arrested the host of the party, Alyssa Munoz, age 24 of Sioux City, for providing alcohol to minors.  The investigation is ongoing and more charges are expected.
