Loutsch arrested for driving revoked and interference with official acts

On 11/13/16, the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office arrested Joshua Steven Loutsch, age 31 of Le Mars, Iowa.  At approximately 4:04 p.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office attempted to stop Loutsch for speeding at 79 mph in a 55 mph zone on county road K49 near 250th Street.  Loutsch pulled into a rural farm residence and fled on foot.  Loutsch was located and arrested a short time later approximately 1/4 mile away from where he left his vehicle.  Loutsch was taken into custody without further incident.

Loutsch was jailed at the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office for interference with official acts (simple misdemeanor), and driving while revoked (serious misdemeanor).  He was also cited for speeding.  Bond was set at $1,000.
