Sims arrested for OWI

On November 18, 2016 at approximately 1717 hour, the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ernest E. Sims III, age 34 of Wichita KS. Mr. Sims was arrested in the 3100 block of K-18 for Operating While Intoxicated 1st Offense.  Mr. Sims was booked into the Plymouth County Jail where bond was set at $1,000.
