3 subjects arrested on drug charges

ON 1/17/2017 AT APPROXIMATELY 8:53 A.M.,  PLYMOUTH COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE DEPUTIES WERE NOTIFIED BY DISPATCH THAT THE SIOUX CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT WAS ATTEMPTING TO CATCH UP TO A VEHICLE TRAVELING NORTH ON HAMILTON BOULEVARD THAT WAS TRAVELING ON ITS RIMS WITH FLAT TIRES.  A SHORT TIME LATER, DEPUTIES LOCATED THE VEHICLE NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF K22 AND C80 WHERE A TRAFFIC STOP WAS PERFORMED.  AN INVESTIGATION WAS CONDUCTED DURING THE STOP AND AS A RESULT THREE OCCUPANTS WERE PLACED UNDER ARREST.  THE DRIVER, DOMINIC ADAM CONDON, AGE 40 OF SOUTH DAKOTA, WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR OWI 1ST OFFENSE, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.  A PASSENGER IN THE VEHICLE, MARCUS WHIPPLE, AGE 23 OF SIOUX CITY, WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA WHILE ANOTHER PASSENGER, ANGELINE FRANCIS SQUIRRELL COAT, AGE 26 OF SOUTH DAKOTA, WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 2ND OFFENSE AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA.  ALL THREE INDIVIDUALS WERE BOOKED INTO THE PLYMOUTH COUNTY JAIL.
