On 11/22/17, the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office arrested Andrew Thomas Gath, age 28 of Dacono, Colorado.  At approximately 10:36 p.m., Gath was stopped for a traffic violation on Highway 75 just south of Merrill.  Gath was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  Gath was arrested and booked into the Plymouth County Jail.  Gath was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
