Zoss and Goss arrested for OWI and drug charges

On 8/6/18, the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office arrested Aschlie Anne Zoss, age 21 of Sioux Falls, SD, and Cory Goss, age 21 of Sioux City, IA.  At 11:21 p.m., a Plymouth County deputy checked on a vehicle parked on the side of the road near Highway 12 and 314th Street in SW Plymouth County.  The occupants were found to be passed out inside the vehicle.  The driver, Aschlie Zoss, was found to be intoxicated and in possession of marijuana.  Zoss was arrested and charged with OWI 2nd offense (aggravated misdemeanor), possession of a controlled substance marijuana (serious misdemeanor) and open containers of alcohol (simple misdemeanor).  The passenger, Cory Goss, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance marijuana (serious misdemeanor) and open containers of alcohol (simple misdemeanor).  Both were jailed at the Plymouth County Jail.  Zoss' bond was set at $2,000 and Goss' bond was set at $1,000.
