Clough arrested for driving suspended and active warrants

On 2/13/19 at approximately 1:15 p.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot in Le Mars, Iowa due to a traffic violation.  The driver of the vehicle was identified as Noah Michael Guy Boyles Clough of Hawarden, Iowa.  Clough was found to have a suspended driver's license through Iowa and also a valid warrant out of Plymouth County for failure to appear on a driving while license suspended charge.  Clough was also found to e have two more valid arrest warrants from the Iowa State Patrol for operating while intoxicated 1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Clough was then placed under arrest, transported to the Plymouth County Jail and booked for driving while license suspended and for the three valid arrest warrants.
