Larocque arrested for trespassing and no valid DL

ON 3/25/2019 AT APPROXIMATELY 5:52 A.M., THE PLYMOUTH COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE WAS CALLED TO 14001 REED STREET IN AKRON, IOWA FOR A REPORT OF A SUSPICIOUS MALE TRESPASSING ON THE PROPERTY.  UPON ARRIVAL, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT JEREMY PATRICK LAROCQUE, AGE 34 OF AKRON, IOWA WAS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM THE HOME OWNER LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO WAS NOT AT THAT RESIDENCE AND HAS NO CONNECTION TO THAT RESIDENCE. 

WHILE ON THE PROPERTY, LAROCQUE DID ATTEMPT TO OPEN A WINDOW TO THE RESIDENCE BY HAND.  HE WAS THEN CONFRONTED BY THE HOME OWNER AND ASKED TO LEAVE.  LAROCQUE THEN LEFT THE RESIDENCE AND RETURNED BACK ONTO THE PROPERTY A SHORT TIME LATER.  LAROCQUE WAS STILL ON THE PROPERTY WHEN LAW ENFORCEMENT ARRIVED.  HE WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST AND TRANSPORTED TO THE PLYMOUTH COUNTY JAIL.  HE WAS CHARGED WITH TRESPASSING AND NO VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.  HE WAS ALSO PLACED UNDER ARREST FOR A PLYMOUTH COUNTY WARRANT FOR TIME HE WAS REQUIRED TO SERVE AT THE PLYMOUTH COUNTY JAIL.
