Rielly charged with unlawful possession of a prescription drug

On 4/15/19, the Plymouth County Communications Center received a 911 call from a caller reporting a suspicious male subject knocking on the door and looking in the windows of his residence located on West Loop Road in rural Plymouth County.  Deputies responded to West Loop Road and located a subject identified as Jack Frances Rielly, age 56 of Sioux City, walking on West Loop Road.

During the investigation, deputies located a prescription pill bottle in the property of Rielly.  The label had been removed from the bottle.   The bottle contained prescription capsules in it.  The capsules were identified as a non-scheduled prescription.  Rielly was arrested and charge with unlawful possession of a prescription drug.  Rielly was booked into the Plymouth County Jail and held on bond.
