Buffington arrested for driving barred

On 9-27-2019, the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office arrested Ryan Venson Buffington, age 38 of LeMars.  Buffington was stopped at 5th Ave/ 1st St. SE in LeMars at 4:45 pm for operating a motor vehicle with a barred driver's license.  Buffington was arrested and jailed at the Plymouth County Jail.  Buffington was charged with operating with a barred driver's license (aggravated misdemeanor). Bond was set at $2,000.
