On November 8, 2019 around 7:35 a.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office was called to the area of C44 and Impala Avenue in reference to a vehicle that was parked on the traveled portion of the roadway. Deputies responded and the driver of the vehicle was located at the Casey's in Merrill, Iowa. After further investigation, Plymouth County Deputies arrested 28-year-old Tyler Johnson of Sioux City, Iowa, and transported him to the Plymouth County Jail. Mr. Johnson was charged with driving with a revoked license; stopping, standing or parking where prohibited; and theft, 5th, possession of stolen property. The Plymouth County Sheriff's Office was assisted by the Sioux City Police Department.
