On June 16, 2011 the Plymouth CountySheriff’s Office arrested Robert Z. McDougall, age 22, of LeMars IA.  Mr. McDougall was arrested and charged with Simple Domestic Assault after an assault that occurred at a residence in the 3400 Block of 200^th St.  Mr. McDougall was transported to the Plymouth County Jail where he was booked into jail without bond.
