On 01/08/2020 at 10:00 a.m. the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office arrested Dawson John Emmick, age 19, of Hinton, IA.  Emmick was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Emmick was booked into the Plymouth County Jail and held on bond.
