Bear Comes Out arrested for Driving While License Denied or Revoked

On 05/20/20 at approximately 8:34 p.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff's Office performed a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 21000 block of 320th Street in rural Plymouth County. 

The driver, Terrance Rober Bear Comes Out, age 20 of Sioux City, was found to have a revoked Iowa driver's license.  Bear Comes Out was arrested and charged with driving while license denied or revoked.  Bear Comes Out was booked into the Plymouth County Jail and held on bond.
