On June 9, 2021 at approximately 1:37 am., a Plymouth County Deputy made a traffic stop on a white Infinity on Hwy 75 around mild marker 120. During this traffic stop, the driver, Todd Andrew Johnson, age 60 of Jefferson, South Dakota, was found to not have a valid driver's license.  Also through the course of the stop, an OWI investigation was performed.  A search of the vehicle was performed and a plastic baggy containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana and a metal pipe used to smoke marijuana was located in the vehicle.

Ultimately, Mr. Johnson was placed under arrest and transported to the Plymouth County Jail on the following charges:  Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, OWI, no valid driver's license and failure to provide proof of liability insurance.  The vehicle was towed by Stockton towing.
