On 07/27/23 at 11:50 a.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office arrested Paul Francis DeRocher, age 61 of Merrill, Iowa on a valid Plymouth County warrant. The warrant is for violation of a no contact order – contempt.  DeRocher was booked into the Plymouth County Jail and held to see a judge.
