On 08/30/23 at 1:20 a.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ricky Howard Still, age 55 of Le Mars, Iowa on a valid Plymouth County warrant.  The warrant is for harassment 2nd degree.  Still was booked into the Plymouth County Jail and held on bond.

On 08/25/2023 the Plymouth County Sheriff’s office conducted a traffic stop on a motor vehicle on 18th St SW in Le Mars, Iowa due to several traffic violations.
