Lepley arrested for PCS/Paraphernalia and No valid DL

On November 3, 2023 a traffic stop was conducted on a white Nissan near mile marker 114 on Highway 75. During the stop it was learned the driver, Douglas Joseph Lepley, age 42 of Sutherland, Iowa, did not have a valid driver’s license. A search of the vehicle was completed and a glass meth pipe and a crystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamine was found. Mr. Lepley was placed under arrest for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no valid license.
