Alvarez arrested for OWI
On July 4, 2023, a vehicle was found to be on the side of the road of Key Ave south of Highway 3. The driver, Anthony Alvarez, age 24 of Sioux City, Iowa was found to show signs of impairment. After standardized field sobriety tests were completed, Mr. Alvarez was placed under arrest for OWI 1st Offense. He was transported to the Plymouth County Jail.
