Baldwin arrested for OWI/PCS Marijuana and paraphernalia

On October 20, 2023, a deputy initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in which Aubrey Baldwin, age 24 of Elk Point, South Dakota, was found to be the driver.  Baldwin showed signs of impairment and an investigation began.  Ultimately, Baldwin was arrested and transported to the Plymouth County Jail where she was charged with OWI 1^st offense, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
