Barber arrested for Possession of Paraphernalia

On 10/6/2023 at approximately 8:32 a.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a reckless driver on Highway 75.  Sheriff’s office deputies located the vehicle stopped on Highway 75 near Jade Ave in the construction zone.  An ensuing investigation would result in the driver, David Charles Barber, DOB 8/20/1988 of Primghar, Iowa, being arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was booked into the Plymouth County Jail.
