Brown arrested for OWI
On January 9, 2023, a traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle for insufficient number of headlights. Over the course of the traffic stop, the driver, Faith Brown, age 18 of rural Merrill, showed signs of drug related impairment. An investigation was initiated and ultimately, Ms. Brown was charged with OWI 1st offense.
