Bryson arrested for OWI 3rd, Paraphernalia, No valid license
On April 29, 2023, a traffic stop was initiated on a vehicle for poor driving behavior. The driver of the vehicle, Nicholas Bryson, age 42 of Vermillion, South Dakota, was found to be driving without a license and no insurance. Bryson showed signs of drug related impairment and an investigation began. Ultimately, Bryson was transported to the Plymouth County jail where he was charged with operating with no valid license, operating without insurance, OWI 3rd or subsequent offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
