Carreto/Daly arrested for PCS, Paraphernalia, OWI and DWLB
On August 22, 2022 a traffic stop was conducted on grey Toyota Corolla for speeding. During the traffic stop it was found the driver, Shenise Elizabeth Carreto, age 28 of Marcus, IA, and passenger Bill Allen Daly, age 43 of Marcus, were in possession of illegal substances. Both were booked into Plymouth County Jail for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Shenise also was charged with driving while barred and OWI 1st offense.
