Coey/Brager-Kite Arrests

On 07/30/2023 at 8:48 a.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office stopped to assist a motorist near the intersection of Hwy 75 and 260th Street in Plymouth County.  While assisting the motorist, the sheriff’s deputy had suspicion there were some types of illegal narcotics in the vehicle.

As a result of the investigation, Robert Dwayne Coey, age 37 of Lewiston, Minnesota was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to provide financial liability and registration violation.  Also, Melissa Marie Barger-Kite, age 32 of Commerce City, Colorado was arrested and charged with possession of controlled substance.  Both Coey and Barger-Kite were booked into the Plymouth County Jail and held on bond.
