Cournoyer arrest on warrant

On 03/07/23 at 12:11 a.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office arrested Leslie Jon Cournoyer, age 35 of Sioux City, Iowa on an active Plymouth County warrant.  The warrant is for failure to appear for hearing with an original charge of possession of controlled substance 3rd and subsequent offense.  Cournoyer was booked into the Plymouth County Jail and held on $10,000 bond.
