DeLeon arrested for OWI/PCS and Paraphernalia

On January 3, 2022, a traffic stop was initiated for a registration violation.  The driver of the vehicle, Pablo Deleon, age 33 of Le Mars, was arrested and charged with OWI, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and fraudulent use of registration.
