Deng arrested for OWI 2nd
On November 13, 2023 a deputy with the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling southbound on HWY 75 for an excessive speed violation. The driver, Manaath Deng, age 22 of Sioux City, Iowa, was ultimately arrested for speeding. Upon further investigation, Deng was also charged with OWI 2nd offense.
