Fegley arrested for OWI

On 08/22/23 at 9:16 p.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a vehicle crash in the 2,000 blk of Bluebird Ave.  As a result of the investigation, Richard Lynn Fegley, age 45 of Akron, Iowa, was arrested and charged with operating while under the influence 1st offense.  Fegley was booked into the Plymouth County Jail and held on bond.
