Fisher arrested for OWI
In the early hours of October 19, 2023, a deputy with the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the area of HWY 12 and K18S. As a result of this traffic stop, Chelsea Fisher, age 37 of Jefferson, South Dakota, was arrested and charged with OWI 1st offense.
