Forbes arrested for OWI/No DL

On November 15, 2023 at 2357 hrs., a Plymouth County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a 2005 Lexus IS300  traveling South on K22. This vehicle stopped near K22 and C44 and had three occupants of the vehicle, one being a male driver identified as Mathew Forbes of Sioux City, Iowa. Forbes was found to be driving with no valid driver’s license.  The deputies on scene also believed Forbes to be potentially under the influence of some type of drug. Forbes was ultimately taken into custody and transported to the Plymouth County Jail and booked for no valid license and OWI 1st offense.
