Gengler arrested for OWI 3rd or subsequent

On August 5, 2022, a traffic stop was conducted at C-38 and Otter Ave. The driver Jacob John Gengler, age 28 of Le Mars, Iowa, was placed under arrest for OWI 3rd and subsequent. He was booked into the Plymouth County Jail.
