Hathaway arrested for PCS/Paraphernalia
On October 6, 2023 at approximately 12:15am, a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle at the intersection of Highway 75 & C-44 in Merrill, IA. During the traffic stop the passenger, Shawn Ray Hathaway, age 47 of Le Mars, Iowa, was found to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe and a crystal-like substance believe to be methamphetamine. Mr. Hathaway was transported to the Plymouth County Jail for possession of paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance 3rd offense.
