Herrera arrested for OWI/PCS
On November 7, 2023 at 23:57 hrs., a Plymouth County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a red sedan traveling northbound on K22 near C38. During the traffic stop, the male driver identified as Jose L Herrera Jr of South Sioux City, Nebraska, was investigated for possession of marijuana and operating under the influence. Subsequently, Jose was taken into custody and transported to the Plymouth County Jail and booked for possession of a controlled substance and operating under the influence 1st offense.
