Heth arrested for DWLB

On September 16, 2021 at approximately 2351 hours, a Plymouth County Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a black Chevy Silverado on K22 near 300th St in rural Plymouth County for an equipment violation. The driver, Gilbert Heth, age 47 of Sioux City, was found to have a barred Iowa driver’s license and no SR-22 insurance. Heth was booked into the Plymouth County Jail on said charges.
