Iowan arrested on warrant

On 10/07/23 at 5:00 p.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tenson Iowan, age 45 of Ottumwa, Iowa on two valid Plymouth County warrants.  The first warrant is for failure to appear with an original charge of driving while barred.  The second is for failure to appear with an original charge of driving while barred.  Iowan was booked into the Plymouth County Jail and held on bond.
