Joseph arrested for DWLB/False Info/No Insurance

On September 19, 2023 a Plymouth County Sheriff’s deputy stopped a vehicle for a speeding violation.  The driver of the vehicle, later confirmed to be Asner Joseph, age 44 of Le Mars, provided a false name, birthday, and social security number to the deputy.  The subject was recognized due to previously being arrested and his identity was confirmed to be Asner Joseph.  Joseph had a barred driver’s license through the State of Iowa and was arrested and transported to the Plymouth County Jail for driving barred, providing false identification information, and no insurance.
