Madrigal 10-50 PD
On April 1st, 2023 at approximately 0256 hours the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office was notified by Stockton Towing of a vehicle in a ditch that struck a tree near Butcher Road and Deer Creek in rural Plymouth County. Deputies arrived and identified the driver as Randolph Madrigal, age 33 of Hinton, Iowa. Madrigal lost control of the vehicle and struck a tree causing disabling damage but no injuries were reported.
