Matson/Simons arrested for OWI/PCS/Paraphernalia
On September 27, 2023 a deputy with the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle. Upon contact, drugs were observed and the driver and passenger ultimately were both arrested. Robin Matson, age 42 of Rock Rapids, Iowa, was charged with OWI, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Danny Simons, age 67 of Rock Rapids, was charged with possession of a controlled substance 3rd or subsequent offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
