McNabney Arrest on Warrant and OWI
On September 6, 2023 an arrest warrant for Gina Marie McNabney, age 29 of Le Mars, Iowa was issued and served. During the course of serving this warrant it was believed Gina to be under the influence of a drug other than alcohol. A DRE evaluation was completed and Gina McNabney was placed under arrest for OWI 1st offense. Gina was booked into the Plymouth County Jail for her warrant and for OWI 1st offense.
