Moffatt arrest on warrants

On 08/16/23 at 9:45 p.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office arrested Rivers Richard Moffatt, age 21 of Elk Point, South Dakota on two Plymouth County warrants.   The first warrant is for failure to appear with an original charge of possession of a controlled substance 1st offense and the second warrant is for failure to appear with an original charge of driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled or revoked  Moffatt was booked into the Plymouth County Jail and held on bond.
