Noah and Southivong arrested for OWI/PCS/Paraphernalia
On January 15, 2023 Plymouth County Sheriff’s deputies were requested in the area of Roosevelt Ave and 180th St for a vehicle stuck in the snow on a “level B” road. The reporting party observed odd behavior from the vehicle’s occupants. Upon deputies arrival, an investigation began and ultimately the two occupants were taken into custody.
Jeremy Jason Noah, age 45 of Sheldon, Iowa, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine 3rd or subsequent offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, OWI 2nd offense, operating without ignition interlock device, driving while barred, and driving while revoked.
Dominic Sebastian Southivong, age 29 of Sioux City, Iowa was arrested and charged with OWI 1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.
During the investigation it was found that both occupants were operating the motor vehicle and both were found to be under the influence of a drug other than alcohol.
