O’Neil arrested for Public Intoxication

On October 27, 2023 at 1000 hrs., Joseph Glen O’Neill turned himself into the Plymouth County Jail at 451 14^th Ave NE for a mittimus to serve time for a prior offense. During the process, Plymouth County deputies were notified by jail staff that they suspected Mr. O’Neill to be intoxicated.   Plymouth County Deputies did charge O’Neill with public intoxication. The subject remained at the jail.
