Pratt arrested for OWI, PCS and Paraphernalia

On 07/08/2022 at 2:32 a.m., the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop near exit 116 on Hwy 75.  As a result of the traffic stop, Kaylor A Pratt, age 26 of Omaha, NE was arrested and charged with operating while under the influence 1st offense, possession of controlled substance marijuana 1st offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Pratt was booked into the Plymouth County Jail and held on bond.
