Shriver arrested for public intoxication

On May 2, 2023, Ryan Michael Shriver, age 36 of Marcus, Iowa turned himself into the Plymouth County Jail to serve a mittimus. While doing so it was discovered he was intoxicated. Ryan was then booked into the Plymouth County Jail on a new charge of public intoxication.
